Hunter joined Sage Mountain Advisors as a Senior Portfolio Manager in November 2025. Hunter has spent over a decade in the financial services industry having held various trading operations and investment research roles serving high net worth individuals and institutional clients at several investment advisory firms in the greater Atlanta area. Hunter’s prior work spans all aspects of portfolio management from research and due diligence to portfolio construction and strategy implementation. Hunter holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a graduate of the University of South Alabama having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Outside of work Hunter enjoys reading, spending time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Abigail, and closely following the Atlanta Braves.
