Madeleine Mravkarov joined Sage Mountain Advisors in August 2026 as an Operations Analyst, bringing experience in business development operations, process improvement, CRM management, and client support. Prior to joining Sage Mountain, Madeleine worked at Alvarez & Marsal, where she supported business development initiatives across a global professional services environment.

In her role, she managed client and CRM data, supported onboarding processes, developed proposals and executive materials, conducted market research, and helped implement technology and automation solutions to improve team efficiency.

Madeleine earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Oglethorpe University, graduating cum laude with a minor in German Language and Culture.

Outside of work, Madeleine has a lifelong passion for ballroom dancing and has competed and coached at the national and international level. She also enjoys traveling, learning languages, and spending time with friends and family.
